This residence offers three full bathrooms, one on each floor.
The bathroom on the second floor has a heated floor. The two large bedrooms on the second floor offers the possibility of being divided in two for a total of 4 bedroom of standard size.

The ground floor benefits of good daylight and offers a view of the backyard which has a nice pool of water with a relaxing waterfall.
The wood fireplace in the living room is visible from the kitchen. The very private courtyard promotes intimacy and the covered patio allows you to enjoy meals outside even if the weather changes.
