  • Large wood composite patio, aluminum railing and retractable patio umbrella at the kitchen level overlooking the heated salt-water pool with a children-friendly section and a deep section for diving boards. A mesh enclosure (does not require annual maintenance) and a double gate surround the landscaped land dotted with greenery, flowers and a vegetable section.
  • Renovated kitchen with quartz countertop, thermoplastic cabinet doors and lunch/bar peninsula giving a magnificent view of the patio and pool through panoramic patio doors. The kitchen is connected to the dining room through French double doors that give the choice between a classically separated dining room or the open concept. The corner position of the house and the arched bay windows of the living room allow a beautiful view of the quiet Fremont street; ideal for a family with children.

Bathroom / water room renovated on each floor and a very convenient laundry room on the second.
