The large glass windows allow year-round brightness. Tilt-and-turn opening and closing system.
The entrance is very airy and includes a walk-in closet and a powder room. Access to the garage is direct and includes a mezzanine for more storage. The garage size includes a 1.5 car and an electric Flo charge.
The ground floor is an open space concept. The kitchen, dining room and living room are surrounded by large windows (blinds included). The living room includes a propane fireplace and a refrigerated wine cellar. The 9-foot ceilings and shelves integrated into built-in cabinets maintain a beautiful visual fluidity.
The dining room can accommodate a large table (8 +) and includes a floor outlet to plug in your electronics or kitchen appliances for a meal to share.
The kitchen offers several large work spaces, including a 4'x8' central island and numerous quartz countertops. The kitchen includes a GE induction cooktop, a GE convection built-in oven, a Panasonic microwave, a Kitchen Aid refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher. Finally, the two-tone cabinets offer plenty of storage.
