Very pleasant bungalow with beautiful very private court, located on a very quiet street near the elementary schools, a beautiful large park and an easy access to the highways.

Several excellent characteristics such as:

-  New electric furnace (november 2018).

 - New Heat Pump (February 2019) as basic heating and climatisation

- Roof remade in 2013 with lifetime guaranty top-of-the-range shingles.

- Complete Concerto doors and windows in 2013.

- Insulation of the roof largely improved in 2013.

Kitchen restored in 2019.

Restorations in 2016 in the bathroom and floor of the kitchen / dining room with top-of-the-range materials.
