 Wow, beautiful condo in a very sought after area, close to all services (highways, buses, schools, daycares, pharmacy, grocery stores, bike path, etc.). The location on the 2nd floor on the corner of the building is well soundproofed and well lit. No rear neighbors, backyard with access to a large inground pool and relaxation area, private outdoor parking. Wall-mounted air conditioning (heat pump style). Large living room with wood fireplace. Front balcony (BBQ authorized) and 2 entrances (1 front, 1 rear for parking). Hardwood floors in all rooms and ceramic kitchen and bathroom, Ogee, and recent paint. Spacious bathroom refurbished in June 2020. New convectair (kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom). Storage room (3 'x 8') inside the condo. Small animals tolerated.
