Open space concept gives a lot of light during the day and the evening. 

Its pluses :

  • Spacious (big rooms, lots of storage (two storage room in the entrance with one being a walk-in, outside storage room in front of the door (8'x6')) independant washing room). 
  • Luxurious materials (quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, marble backsplash in the kitchen, independant ceramic shower, slate fireplace)
  • Intimate backyard patio at the ground level
  • Individual entrances for the five co-owners
  • Two outside parking spaces (one in the front and one in the back)
