Owners’ comments

Very large house located in a calm and domestic area close to a park and a walkable forest. This house is 2 feet wider and 2 feet longer than the other houses of the same model. No neighbours to the back and front. The backyard is almost completely a terrace of wood construction and includes a shed. Big 12' x 14' patio balcony with porch roof included. On the main floor, large open area for dining set and living room with a second living room and dining area at the back of the house. Ceilings are 8 feet high on both floors and 7,5 feet at the basement. Washer-dryer are on the main floor in the water room. Very high ceiling in the garage with mezzanine for storage. The basement is completely renovated with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. On the second floor, the masters bedroom is very spacious with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. The two other rooms are of good size and have their own bathroom with double sinks.
