Bonjour à l'équipe de DuProprio !J'ai vendu, oui, enfin. J'ai été à bout et j'avais simplement hâte que ça finisse: de faire du ménage pour toujours garder la maison dans son plus bel état (malgré l'interminable mue de mon chien à poils longs!), les compromis avec mon fils pour les heures de visites et son télétravail et les RENDEZ-VOUS pour faire garder mon chien en garderie pour avoir la maison libre pour faire visite, après visite, en plus de mes portes ouvertes les fins de semaine. Je dois dire que ce n'a pas été facile pour moi, femme et seul vendeur. Je n'ai pas été assez expérimentée ni préparée aux surprises-attaques, ruses des acheteurs pour pouvoir baisser leur prix. J'aurais aimé savoir d'avance comment un acheteur si prend pour avoir un meilleur prix, parce exemple : prendre un inspecteur qui démolit la maison! Car j'ai été complètement déroutée, stressed out à n'en plus dormir la nuit. Sans l'aide précieuse de toute l'équipe de DuProprio et surtout des notaires, toujours prêts à offrir une bonne solution ainsi que des coachs expérimentés, je n'aurais jamais vendu ou certainement cédé aux nombreux courtiers requins tournant autour de moi, pour ramasser une paie facile, une fois le travail presque terminé. Une chance que j'ai vendu par moi-même (et surtout avec l'aide de Dieu). Ce qui n'était pas le cas de mon fils. J'ai presque reçu mon prix demandé. La surenchère, je l'ai perdue à cause de l'inspecteur croche qui connaissait trop bien les acheteurs à mon grand désavantage! Bonne année 2021!
