Owners’ comments
Comfortable 3 1/2 condo in a quiet building. Montmorency or de la Concorde metro stations 7 minutes away on foot. Opposite the Maison des Arts, Collège Montmorency, Place Bell. Motorway 15 to 5 minutes. Outside parking, secure storage space in the basement. Kitchen renovated in 2014, and the rest in 2018. Windows changed in 2018.
Condo fees are $352/month, they include electricity, heating, hot water, and maintenance.
The unit does not have a dryer outlet, so a 2/1 washer/dryer combo is required. Appliances can be sold separately. CONTACT BY TEXT PREFERED.
