Splendid contemporary condo of recent construction (2018), one block from the Cartier metro station, with a spectacular view of Rivière des Prairies, with management concerned with ecology (roof collecting rainwater, solar panels).

This luxury high-end building has several shared areas: entrance hall, mezzanine, community room, gym, and indoor pool with an outdoor terrace.

  • Superior insulation and soundproofing.

  • Contingency and auto-insurance fund 270 000 $ after 2 years.
