Owners’ comments

With solarium, in a cosy neighborhood. After 45 years in this house, we are ready to move on. If we have stayed there so long it is because it is a very comfortable and pleasant house to live in. The neighborhood is exceptional, it is a street and a very quiet area ideal for a family with children because the street is not very busy or for people without children who seek tranquility while being close to everything.

The magnificent Center de la Nature is a 5-minute walk away.

All services are nearby (several grocery stores, pharmacies, schools, stores, etc.)

2 steps from the rapid bus service (SRB Pie-IX) which will link the incentive parking lot on boul. St-Martin at Pierre-de-Coubertin metro station in Montreal. There are also several buses nearby that take you to Laval Metro stations.

The yard is bordered by 2 cedar hedges as well as a fence with a magnificent mature tree in the center.

The large 3 seasons solarium is recent.

The carport measures 22.5 X 12.5 and is equipped with canvas to be able to close it in winter.

In the basement, there is a magnificent stone fireplace and a red brick wall which gives a charm to the basement.

A new heat pump was installed in 2019. Central heating and Central air conditioning.

The roof was replaced in 2018.

Several doors and windows have been changed recently.

The large mechanical room offers a very nice space for storage and a workshop. There is also a large sink.

Finally, the very large cold room offers nice storage space and several possibilities. There is even a wine rack.

All poles, curtains, blinds, and light fixtures are included.
