Located in a tranquil single access street with train and school within walking distance.

Renovated over the years with wood floors and ceramic tiles everywhere in the living area. No carpets.

On the top floor, there are 4 rooms with large wardrobes and a bathroom with cedar walls. The master bedroom is soundproofed.

On the ground floor, you will find two large rooms in an "L" shape that can serve as a living room, dining room and/or office space. These 2 rooms are perfect if you like to have guests over often and have white Persian frames integrated to the windows. There is a wooden house extension in the backyard with lots of windows on 3 sides and a sliding patio door. It serves as the ultimate family room. All these rooms are accessible from the central kitchen area which is big enough to have a table and chairs for your everyday family meals.

The property is pie shaped which allows for a big, fully fenced backyard. There is a very big wood patio of about 300 square feet. Incorporated to the patio are a 10x10 gazebo, flower boxes, a BBQ area, lots of benches for hosting guests as well as an above ground pool with a closed deck. There is also a small jungle gym, a space for a trampoline and a small tool shed attached to the garage. With all that, you still have plenty of space to move around.

In the basement, there is a large family room which was renovated in 2016 with floating floors and lots of storage space. There is also a full bathroom that can be renovated to your taste, a laundry room, a cedar wardrobe and a large cold room under the garage.

The house is heated and cooled entirely (basement and garage too is required) with a bi-energy system (oil and heat pump). The heat pump is still under service and equipment warranty. The house was completely re-isolated in 2007 with air flow system, humidifier and UV treatment integrated (heating and cooling are very very low cost for size of house). All the toilets are double flush and consume less water.

Included: Fixtures, Persian frames and dishwasher.
