A very beautiful and spacious house that we have built and moved in to it at the beginning of 2013 in a private, magnificent and multicultural neighbourhood. A 5 minute walk to the river.

A very beautiful view of nature from the back yard.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one of the bedrooms can be used as a semi-office.

2 Full bathrooms upstairs (one bathroom in the master bedroom)

A bedroom and a full bathroom in the basement.

A half bathroom on the main floor.

Open Large Living Room and Dining room.

Open Large kitchen and family room.

950 Square foot basement condo with a living room and a large play room area which includes brand new Ping Pong table, Foosball table, double basketball arcade game and Gym flooring across a large area.

Lots of storage space in the basement, upstairs including a newly built mezzanine in the garage with custom stairs.

I have Bell Smart home installed with 4 cameras around the house and many additional automated devices (lights, locks, etc). 

I also ordered from Trevi 3 months ago a large 24 by 12 foot oval heated swimming pool (above ground) which has just been installed. 13,000$ with proof of bill and warranty from Trevi. (No picture of the pool from the original photos taken). 

Finally, we installed 4 months ago a 22kW Air-Cooled Backup Generator (Propane driven - Generac Model 7042-2) for $15,000.

I am considering an option for those who are interested:

If you are not ready to move in after the purchase for a period of one year or 2 years or you are buying as an investment, I am willing to pay you rent as a tenant for an agreed upon price after the sale. This will help my family to stay in the house for the next year or 2 while I settle in my new job outside of Quebec. This is your choice but either way, I will make my decision with the first buyer which presents me the best option on all levels.
