Owners’ comments
Charming and affordable town house in a peaceful and coveted sector. Walking distance to all services. Open space on the ground floor and the living room has a wood fireplace. The 2nd floor offers a nice mezzanine which can be transformed into a 3rd room. The basement has a large family room and a workshop fully organised maximizing the available space.
The house is located on a one-way street with mature trees and European-style houses. This property also includes a parking spot in a parking area for the nearby houses.
A bus stop is on the corner of the street, which can lead you straight to the metro. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach the highway 15 while the 440 and 13 take less than 10 minutes. The grocery and pharmacy are at less than 10 minutes walking distance.
The doors and windows have been replaced in 2004 and the air conditioner has been installed in 2011: they are in excellent condition. The windows are still under warranty (20 years). The heating and cooling costs are minimal as the house share two walls with the neighbors. The soundproofing is perfect as we do not hear the neighbors while inside the house. The roof has been replaced this summer and the shingles have lifetime warranty.
