The house of the sun!
Beautiful warm house, wonderfully located in the center of Laval, with simply extraordinary sunshine! You will have the rising sun in the back bedrooms and then see it appear a little later in the kitchen and living room for the rest of the day until bedtime. The courtyard is fully sunny from the beginning to the end of the day, which is ideal for enjoying the superb 24-foot round in-ground fiberglass pool. A real good house, excellent construction and solid, worthy of these years of construction.
Its location in the center of Vimont is simply exceptional, you are a few minutes' walk from a primary school, two Baseball fields, tennis courts, an arena and of course the Cité de la Santé hospital. If you want to move a little further and the bus goes right around the corner, by car you are a few minutes from all the major shopping centers and highways 440 and 15.
