RENOVATIONS:

2015 - Alarm system connected to a Central with 2 cameras and possibility of adding 2 more (wiring already done); the cameras are accessible on your smartphone. Also includes a screen in the house. There are also 3 water detectors connected to the Central (kitchen and 2 bathrooms).
