There is a propane gas fireplace in the living room of the main accommodation and the hob is also gas. Located near the Cité de la santé hospital, in a very quiet crescent, shopping centers, supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants. The bus stops on the corner of the street. All the units are for rent and it is really quick and easy to find good tenants. 7 minutes from highway 440 and 10 minutes from highway 15.

A very large park is located 5 minutes walk from the building.
