Two 41/2 on second floor, 1 very large appartment on first floor with 3 BR, 2 bathroom, walk-in closet, fireplace and livingroom in the basement with workshop and cold room, 2 garage, vast kitchen with birch cupboard, separate dining room. Nearly all floors are wood or ceramic. 1 bachelor in basement.  Roof redone 2007 and most of the windows are new, as well as all 6 patio doors. Fenced backyard with a shed. Near Cité de la Santé Hospital, 100 yards to nearest bus stop, but the plex is on a residential street, less noisy than on a boulevard!  Actually all appartments are rented and so pays for itself, but will make an ideal place for an owner.
