Very intimite setting, the lake surroundings are quiet even in the summer period. The private road is plowed in the winter. The cottage is situated at apprx. 1 km from provincial highway 155 leading to the Lac St-Jean area and 13 km. from La Tuque. Several of the residents practice snowshoeing, cross-country skying or skating on the lake during the winter period.
