Magnificent Scandinavian-style log cabin with cathedral roof on the banks of the Batiscan River. The river is navigable for 7 km from the chalet between the falls of 8 and 7 (Notre-Dame-de-Montauban and Lac-aux-Sables). Possibility of short-term rental income (income that can go to more than $50,000/year). CITQ acquired the right transferable upon sale. The cottage is sold fully equipped (see inclusions below).
Ground floor style construction. Access to the ATV and snowmobile trail directly from the chalet.
