Joli bungalow tout brique situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de tous les services incluant hôpital régional, cliniques, pharmacies, épiceries et plus, il est situé sur un coin de rue, dans un quartier tranquille, possède son joli cabanon et un beau grand jardin! La rivière Saint-Maurice n'est pas bien loin, ainsi que le parc national de la Mauricie!
Pour nous ce fut un coup de coeur qui dure depuis 23 ans pendant lesquelles nous avons fait un très bon entretien!
Thermopompe centrale neuve qui chauffe jusqu'à -30ºC en hiver et climatise en été 2025
Salle de bain du sous-sol avec sa douche neuve ainsi que toute la plomberie de la maison a été refaite à neuf en 2024
Chauffage d'appoint consistant en une annexe à l'huile dont le réservoir et la tuyauterie ont été changés en 2023
