Chalet 4 seasons , including a shed, which is surrounded by trees and no neighbors on 3 sides.
This property is located about 7 min. from the services of the village of St-Élie-de-Caxton and about 20 min. from Highway 55.
La Mauricie National Park is also accessible in about 30 minutes.
The cottage has 3 entrances, 2 with balconies and the other leading to the basement where there is also a wood stove.
Windows were changed this fall. The water heater tank dates from 2017.
This cottage is currently occupied by tenants.
