Summer cottage with city comfort beside a lake in the forest.

All the furnishing, the sports equipments, the working tools and the pontoon may be included. The future buyer will have only his food and his clothes to be bring.

2001 bungalow built on concrete foundation on Rheault inlet shore of North Merkinac Lake.  Only nine summer cottages are set up deep in that bay, each one enjoying a wonderful sandy private beach, propitious to swimming. The site is easily accessible by regular vehicle on a paved and graveled road, approximately 35 kilometers to the Carignan area located on road 155 which is a subdivision of La Tuque city.

The cottage has six inches of insulated exterior walls. It is quickly heated by a slow-burning wood stove in the basement plus a propane heater. An enamel propane stove fireplace located on the main floor is occasionally used. It is completely furnished with propane appliances and all the dishes and bedding are included. Solar panels with batteries connected to an inverter supply the cottage and the workshop with alternating current for the lighting and other small electric devices.

A workshop a few feet away from the cottage is useful to the handyman and is also used to store the ATV POLARIS RANGER, a generator, a high pressure washer, an air compressor, an electric wood splitter  as well as several other tools also included.

Wooded area is an appropriate site for fishing sportsmen, landlocked salmon and muskie fishing to name only a few. Moose hunting is also feasible at a few kilometers from the cottage. ATV and snowmobile riders will pleasantly be served with many approachable trails around the cottage. Mekinac Lake, which extends over more than 12 kilometers, is ideal for water sports, big cruiser boats or sea-planes.
