This pretty, bright bungalow is located in a peaceful, family and safe neighborhood, close to Highway 40 and several services, including two elementary schools.
It offers three bedrooms on the ground floor and one in the basement, which is ideal for a young family; one of the rooms can be converted into an office if required.
