Strategic location. Beautiful triplex renovated in a distinctive and well-maintained way. Quiet residential secteur with the neighborhood of single-family homes near Dessureault and Martin Bergeron parks (paths, bike paths, cross-country skiing, dog park).. The building does not require renovation beyond normal maintenance.
