You must see it. Very nice 2 floors property with unique architectural design, offering very large spaces with great possibilities.  A very good construction at an affordable price, in a quiet zone, at 15 driving minutes from downtown, at 30 minutes from Shawinigan and 45 minutes from Montreal. The very large rooms will charm you, and so the 4 bedrooms which one can serves as a tv-room, the fully equipped main bathroom near the main bedroom, the shower room at the basement and the 3 restrooms, one at each level.  The large land, half forested, covers 73 000 square feet, is without neighbor at the rear side.  Property is very intimate and very quiet with its winter panorama showing the St-Lawrence river and the Trois-Rivières bridge. The heated/air conditioned/dehumidifier interior swimming pool, includes an exclusive air/water treatment system. Swimming pool requires very low maintenance and is very welcome in cold days.
