Very large 4½, bright on a corner, which gives a huge terrace with 2faces, the largest one overlooking the Saint-Maurice River. We have even added solar canvases on the terraces for more comfort that we will leave you. Impeccable and lovingly maintained.

High quality motorized blinds in the open area (kitchen, dining room, living room) are included in the sale. The windows were also tinted in the open area.
