Very nice house up to date with renovated kitchen and no rear neighbors.

Several improvements have been made to the house in the last 3 years.

Addition of a heat pump in 2020, roof redone in 2019, kitchen redone and 2021, patio enlarged and pool added in 2021.

Currently the house has 3 bedrooms, but can easily be converted to 4 bedrooms, as we removed a door in 2020 to make a playroom in the basement.

In the backyard there is no neighbor and the land is completely fenced, plus the bottom of the land is wooded and at the bottom there is a small stream that takes place. There is also a shed to maximize storage space.
