All our accommodations are heated - lit as well as furnished. Very easy to rent, obtaining an occupancy rate close to 100%.
Several major renovations were carried out in 2017, 2 of our 3 1/2 and 3 of our 4 1/2 were completely redone.
Industrial laundry in the multiplex (additional income ~ 1500$/year), very appreciated by our tenants.
