Magnificent renovated single-storey home with double garage on a superb large wooded lot well landscaped with perennials and mature trees. A haven of peace!
On one side the magnificent town of Hudson with its picturesque character, its parks, terraces and access to the beautiful Ottawa River and on the other side the town of Vaudreuil, where you will find all the major shops and services.
The kitchen, bathroom and powder room have been tastefully renovated and are very functional. Large entrance that opens to a nice family room open to the kitchen. The dining room is open to a large living room with a wood burning stone fireplace. The ceiling is made of wood, 9 feet high, which adds a lot of warmth to the house. Beautiful screened porch adjacent, bathed in light that will please you from spring to fall.
The three bedrooms are nice sizes with lots of storage space. The floors are all hardwood in a beautiful honey color. The office is also very practical. Another entrance on the side of the house leads to a double garage detached from the house.
