Charming 1941 country-style wood cottage on a one-acre landscaped lot, including a fish pond (35 X 15), many mature trees, perennial flowers, a vegetable garden, and fruit trees (crab apples, pears, and cherries). 5 minutes drive to the Hudson village - IGA, pharmacy, SAQ, golf, parks and beach, and train station. Very easy access to Highway 40.
All wood interior, including hardwood floors. Very spacious living room with woodstove. Lots of south-facing windows and sunlight. Dining room with windows on 3 sides overlooking the garden. Large office room with washroom on the ground floor that could be used as a bedroom.
