Owners’ comments

Gorgeous waterfront property on Lake of Two Mountains with breathtaking views of Ile-Cadieux Bay. Frontage on the lake is approximately 150 feet. No building, including the principal residence, is within the "Zone d'intervention spéciale" (ZIS). The buildings were never flooded. The well maintained bungalow has a metal roof by Les Toits Permanents du Québec (50 years) as well as a 48 ft. four seasons solarium with 180 degree view. The property has a three tiered field stone wall and a flagstone terrace of 86 x 28 feet. A Valmar in-ground, heated and salted water pool completes the terrace. A superb original field-stone fireplace (circa 1917) graces the living room. The bungalow has been insulated and updated with superior high end material. The kitchen has a copper tin ceiling, ample granite counters and a double copper sink. The entrance hall and the MBR  bathroom have heated flooring. There is a linen closet of 3 feet 7 in. x 4 feet 4 in.. The den (boudoir) could potentially be converted into an additional bedroom. The land is irrigated by lake water, as is a walk-in vegetable garden of 22 x 12 feet. The property has two sheds and an outside stone fireplace.
