The house has high quality finishes and materials with jatoba floors on the ground floor. You will be charmed by the abundance of natural light and the gas fireplace in the living room.

The property could be converted into a bi-generational home or even accommodate a rental unit in the basement (as far as municipal regulations allow) as the basement already has an independent entrance.  The outdoor courtyard could also easily accommodate a garage or swimming pool.
