Magnificent  property with private access to lac Saint-Louis - UNIQUE 

This is a perfect example of a beautiful home by the water, with all the luxurious amenities you can think of. The main floor features a large kitchen with ceiling-high, all-maple cabinets, granite countertops, a central island and a gas stove. It also has an open view of the spacious dining room that is perfect for dinner parties, and has a large window that was upgraded in 2012. The double garage was converted into two separate studios in 2008, affording new occupants much flexibility with its independent entrance. The fit and finish of everything in this home is stellar, from the solid wood front doors to the lovely fireplace mantel and crown mouldings, as well as the wonderful convenience of the central heat pump, vacuum system and wall mounted A/C in one of the studios.
