The house is located less than 35 minutes from downtown Montreal via Highway 20 East. The location is a big advantage compared to Vaudreuil-Dorion which is 5 minutes from Pointe des Cascades. Highway 40 is better taken by the veteran boulevard. The house is located next to the pay post for the Serge Marcil Bridge (Highway 30). Time-saving for traffic that is very difficult in Vaudreuil-Dorion. So, a big advantage of being in Pointe-des-Cascades.
