Well located with good transportation services. It is 50 minutes from downtown Montreal, and one house from Ottawa. Just 20 minutes from Vaudreuil-Dorion train station, 20 minutes from Hawkesbury and 35 minutes from Dorval Airport.


Built in 1995, it has a modern architectural design including an open-concept living area with a 24 foot high cathedral ceiling. This majestic and airy space provides a view of gorgeous sunsets over the lake. Abundant fenestration, featuring eight skylights, offers extraordinary brightness and views of the water from throughout the house.
