Anglophone school in the back (diagonal) and no neighbors left nor behind. Located in a roundabout (cul-de-sac) in a family area.

Ground floor... Luxury kitchen with central island for a practical worktop: granite countertop with butcher block insert, gas stove (not included), plenty of storage and pantry (walk-in). A triple patio door gives a great brightness to the dining room and allows access to the terrace (15' x 15'). The kitchen, dining room and living room are open concept with a propane fireplace in the living room. A laundry room / bathroom contains a lot of storage cabinets. 9 foot ceilings, hardwood floors and ceramic. Lots of space to welcome family and friends.
