This spacious, open concept bungalow is so beautiful, you will want to move in on your first visit.
It has two finished levels, in addition to a mezzanine and a family room above the garage for a total living area of 4,480 square feet. The main floor and basement (garden level) have 9 foot ceilings.
The house is on a very beautiful plot with many majestic trees and beautiful gardens. There are no neighbours in the back and there will never be any, because the land belongs to the city and it is not possible to build houses there. There is a small pond at the bottom of the plot. It is a quiet and peaceful place, leaning against a beautiful and very private green area with a heated inground pool. Ideal for entertaining family and friends!
