MAGNIFICENT MODERN CONDO, PRIVATE ENTRANCE, 989 square feet, brand news wall-mounted air conditioning 2022, spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and wall-to-wall closet, 2nd bedroom with additional storage space, additional room to be used as an office, exercise room or even 3rd bedroom, large patio, very sunny all day in all front and back rooms.

3 parking spaces for visitors.
Very low Condo fees 130.00/month and very well managed.
