House: Interior dimension per floor = 39 ft x 26 ft without including the garage. Since there are two floors that makes approximately 2000 pi2 of living space without including the basement. The semi finished basement represents an additional 1000 ft2. The interior dimension of the garage is 23ft x 17ft = 391 ft2. The quality of the building materials is greater than average.

Who will be the lucky family to acquire this lovely property! This is a very private property at the edge of Mont Rigaud neighbouring St-Lazare, 5 minutes from highway 40, at the height of St-Henri, far from commercial agricultural farming. The vast terrain of 2345400 square feet (178m x 1.225km) is a forested lot zoned agricultural. At $650000, it comes out to only $0.28 per square foot including a big house.
