Owners’ comments
For investor and/or owner with occupation in July 2022. Nice condo on the 2nd floor in downtown Vaudreuil-Dorion with 3 bedrooms and 2 exterior parking spaces with electrical outlets. Close to all services, train station, bus, shopping center, daycares, elementary and high schools, parks, sports center, and future hospital and with easy access to the highway. Lots of storage with the big locker on the same floor and the 3 pantries. Also no neighbors in the back.
Tenants with a lease ending June 30, 2022, monthly rent is $1,000.00.
