Owners’ comments
Beautiful condo of superior construction, located in the Onze de la gare. This large 4 1/2 has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus another full bathroom. The central island will be a gathering place and the walk-in pantry is a plus for storage. The place is quiet and secure (surveillance camera and access with chip in the complex). The sole owner is a non-smoker and has no pets, but small animals are accepted. The complex has an outdoor in-ground pool, a gym, and a community room. There are also 2 parking spaces in the basement included with the condo.
It is located near many services (commuter train, grocery store, pharmacy, health clique, CLSC, restaurant, bicycle path, store, sports center, elementary and high school.
