-Uncovered and refinished original hard wood flooring

-painted every wall and ceiling

-gutted and reconfigured kitchen, brand new cabinetry, counters, sink, faucet, range hood, hardware, etc.

-new vapor barrier in crawlspace, added 9 metric tones of gravel, new sump pump, dehumidifier (maintains humidity below 30%), new staircase
