Bright and spacious condo, with lots of storage, two outdoor parking, and a swimming salt water pool, in a developing and family sector that will charm you!
The condo is also located a few minutes walk from the bike path, the bus stop (which goes to the McMasterville train station), the Beloeil cinema, the CLSC, as well as two elementary schools, many daycares, and parks.
Montreal is easily accessible via Highway 20 (30 minutes without traffic), or by public transit. The closest train station is about 10 minutes away by car. You can also opt for the bus (lines 200/300).
Beloeil is booming, with several new businesses, a new municipal swimming pool and a large indoor aquatic center currently under construction.
