Large condo, very spacious with a lot of windows and abundant daylight in the beautiful Georgian courtyards. Located a few steps from the Carrefour de la rive-sud offering several shops including the grocery store, pharmacy, bank, cafes, not to mention a good choice of restaurants. At two minutes from Highway 20 and 30, you are perfectly located for your travels whether on the south shore, or Montreal.
In addition, a nearby public transit route gives you more flexibility.
