Corner unit far from street noises in the Victoriennes project, with public transport at the main entrance.  Condo fees: $170.89/month.

A nice semi-detached cottage with 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, the house is very bright, and all the windows are recent.

Oak floors on the 1st and 2nd floors and for the steps leading to the second floor.  In the kitchen, granite countertops, radiant flooring, stainless backsplash, and double sink.

A/C wall unit and central vacuum are both recent.

Wood fireplace, small office adjacent to the main bedroom.

The basement is finished, the flooring is recent, and is vinyl imitating concrete, you will find a lot of storage space.

There are two exterior parking spaces and additional spaces for visitors are available.  A big, very intimate terrasse with a 10x12 gazebo.

This condo project is managed prudently and has the required reserves to face the new condo legislation.

Occupancy ideally March 1st, 2022, but may be flexible.  Pre-authorized financing must be supplied with any purchase offer.
