Spacious corner unit located on the second floor. 1,047 sq. ft. of habitable surface for a total of 1,346 sq. in. Parking included. 

Many windows bring lots, lots of light. 9 ft ceiling and quartz countertop in the kitchen.

Bathroom with drop-in bathtub and a nice shower with glass door and high-quality hardware.

Two bedrooms with walk-in. In the second bedroom, the walk-in is of very good dimension( approx. 7 ft X 7 ft) with a window inside.

There's a wall-mounted heat pump in the hallway bringing heat or cool air.

All shades and curtains shown in the pictures are included.

Shades in the living room are custom Top-down and bottom-up.

 

Parking spaces in the garage are side by side and close to the door that brings you to the stairs and the condo.

The garage door opens with a remote and the main entrance door can be opened for your guest or deliveries with your cell phone.
