Very nice and spacious condo, corner unit with 2 bedrooms and superb maple hardwood and ceramic floors. Very well soundproofed unit with south-west orientation, offering maximum brightness throughout the day.

2 minutes walk from the Chevrier terminus. Closely located to large new urban park, 2 playground parks with water games, new primary school (Marcelle-Gauvreau) at 10 minutes walk and early childhood center (2 facilities), as well as various shops. 10 minutes walking distance from the Dix30 and the REM. Possibility of $20,000 in yearly income.
