Superb bright corner unit, open concept with abundant windows, nice kitchen with lots of storage, two bedrooms, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower, large terrace sunny 8 x 17 feet overlooking the pool.

Located in a quiet area close to Quartier DIX30, highways, the REM, bike paths, and elementary school.

Very well managed building and higher than average contingency fund. Frequent inspections. Responsible and friendly co-owners.
