This condo is located less than a minute from Highway 30 and the 15. Easy access to public transportation such as buses and the new DIX30 REM. The Candiac train station is less than 5 minutes away from the condo. Near all the services: Walmart, Costco, IGA, Metro, Réno Depot, gym, restaurants, financial institutions, pharmacies, high schools, bike path, etc.

You can walk to the daycare, the park, and the elementary school. In short, all the services are there!
